1998 was a pretty good year for Kick Bright Zine. Tons of shows to report on from Spice Girls, Elliott Smith, The Donnas and Tortoise (you’ll have to scroll down a bit) and lots of really good records came my way to review.
Orlando band The Pauses has been putting on the “20 years ago” parties at Wills Pub in Orlando, Florida for a few years now filled with bands all covering songs from that particular year. This year is celebrating the music and culture of 1998 including The Pauses, The Sh-Booms, Tele & the Ghost of Our Lord, Zap Dragon & the Attack and more!
Kick Bright will be there with a special selection of buttons from all things 1998, some will be super limited only available during both evenings.

We are gearing up for this Decembers Wills A Faire. Super excited!!!! We’re bringing out lots of winter wear (coats and jackets) and many fresh vintage finds. And buttons, of course. Many new designs debuting as well as a nice healthy Holiday selection to spruce up that ugly sweater. We’re hoping you come by to shop from all the local vendors for Christmas gifts for your friends and family. Yourself, too! Grandmom Howard always used to say “It’s not Christmas until you buy something for yourself”. Hey, you can always trust advice from Grandmom!
This happens Sunday December 2nd at Wills Pub.
Event page is right here!
See you there!
